David C. Compton, D.D.S.
Dr. David Compton graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Compton grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana and is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology. Following dental school, Dr. Compton practiced in Munster, Indiana for three years. In 1997 Dr Compton and his wife Valerie moved to Ellettsville to practice with Dr. Kapczynski and Dr. Stipp at the Ellettsville Dental Center.
Much of Dr. Compton's time is spent with his two young sons, Matthew and Drew, and daughter, Lauren.
Thomas H. Kapczynski, D.D.S.
Dr. Kapczynski, better known as "Dr. Kap" graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1978. He established Ellettsville Dental Center in Ellettsville that same year at 408 W. Association. In 1988, he built a new office at its present location on SR 46 in front of the nursing home.
Dr. Kapczynski served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1970 during the Viet Nam War (serving 13 months in South Korea). He continued to serve in the Indiana Army National Guard until 1997, when he retired as a Lt. Colonel.
Dr. Kapczynski has completed over 20 mission trips to Central America to use his dental skills to serve people with little or no access to dental care. He also volunteers at St. Anne's free dental clinic in Terre Haute.
When Dr. Kap isn't working or on a mission trip, he enjoys fishing and vacationing in Ely, Minnesota. Dr. Kap has been married to Jeana (a Monroe Co. native) since 1968, and they have two children who both graduated from Edgewood High School.
Todd E. Stipp, D.D.S.
Dr. Todd Stipp graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1988 and from Indiana University in 1984 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biochemistry. Following dental school, Dr. Stipp started a dental practice in Worthington, Indiana and met Dr Kap by a chance meeting in the fall of 1988. Dr. Stipp became an associate with Dr. Kap. In 1990 and has been here on a part time basis ever since.
Dr. Stipp enjoys going on mission trips with Dr. Kap when possible and has been able to serve people in Mexico and Guatemala. Dr. Stipp married Donna in 2000. Donna has two teenage children, Daniel and Amber. When not working Dr. Stipp and Donna enjoy traveling, especially by motorcycle, around the country.
Steven W. Bollinger, D.D.S.
Dr. Bollinger grew up in Indianapolis. He attended Lawrence Central High School, graduating in 2002. During his high school years he played soccer, volleyball, and was a member of the band. After high school he attended Wabash College, where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Chemistry. Dr. Bollinger attended dental school at Indiana University School of Dentistry where he earned his D.D.S. degree.
Dr. Bollinger and his fiancée, Nicole, were engaged in December of 2010. He is a major sports fan and his favorite teams include the Indianapolis Colts and the IU Hoosiers. He enjoys camping with his family and traveling to new places.
