We will make every effort to provide you with a treatment plan tailored to your needs and budget. You will be informed about the fees for treatment prior to each visit. For the convenience of our patients we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express. A bookkeeping courtesy of 5% is given for direct payment in full, by cash or check, at the start of treatment. We offer extended financing through CareCredit, and Dental Fee Plan. When we perform our services for you at a particular visit, it is your responsibility to pay your estimated part for those services at that appointment. Estimates for major dentistry can be submitted prior to treatment to your insurance company in order to determine your coverage availability.

Dental insurance is designed to pay part of the cost of dental treatment. Some insurance companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures while others pay a percentage of the cost. The type of benefits you receive depends upon the type of contract that was chosen by your employer with your insurance carrier.

Please bring in your insurance card and insurance booklet on your first visit so our staff can review your insurance coverage.
